Game Rules:

- Rule 4: Tap an adjacent region of a different color to change it to the "fill color". Each time you do this, you consume one move.
- Rule 5: If you run out of moves and the grid still contains multiple colors, you lose the level. If you successfully fill the grid with a single color before running out of moves, you win!
